About Us

Çipsa Bilgisayar Toptan is a supplier making invoiced wholesale sales of computers and peripherals to businesses, schools, public bodies and IT resellers. It was founded in 2002 as a small wholesale shop in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul.

Who do we sell to?

• Businesses renewing office and branch equipment (purchases of 10 devices and above)
• Schools and courses buying IT classroom and administrative equipment
• Municipalities, associations and institutions
• Small IT resellers and system integrators

We do not sell to retail users; all sales are to registered taxpayer accounts and are invoiced.

Our working principles

1. Original and warranted products: all products are bought from authorised channels with a Türkiye warranty and invoice.
2. Transparent pricing: the tiered discount table is open to everyone; extra negotiation is by quantity, not through hidden campaigns.
3. Written quotes: every quote is given in writing with a validity period and stock status.
4. After-sales support: warranty and return processes are followed through the sales representative; on-site support is offered with corporate maintenance contracts.

Responsibility

Warranty and return terms of products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty certificate and contract terms, without prejudice to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 that do not apply to commercial businesses. Details are in the General Wholesale Terms document.
