Time and price
Setting up and imaging 50 devices usually takes three working days. The fee starts at 350 TRY per device and falls to 250 TRY on purchases above 100. Licences belong to the customer or are added to the quote on request.
For schools
Classroom labelling, separate imaging of teacher and student computers and delivery to the classroom are available. Setup records are given to the IT officer as a report.

Can I make a retail purchase?
No. Çipsa makes invoiced wholesale sales only to businesses, institutions and resellers registered as taxpayers. For individual purchases you need to approach retail outlets.
How can I see the price lists?
Fill in the B2B account application form and upload your tax certificate and signature circular. Your account is opened within one working day and the price lists become available to you. The tiered discount table is open to everyone.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It varies by product; generally 5 for computers, 4 for monitors and by carton for consumables. The minimum order quantity is shown on each product page. Tiered discounts start at 10 units.
How current is the stock information?
The 'In stock', 'Limited stock' or 'On order' status on product pages is updated daily. For the exact quantity and dispatch date get a written quote from your sales representative.
What is the delivery time?
In-stock products ordered before 14:30 are dispatched the same day. Same day within Istanbul and about 48 hours nationwide. Freight is free on orders above 25,000 TRY.
