Fill in the B2B account application form and upload your tax certificate and signature circular. Your account is opened within one working day and the price lists become available to you. The tiered discount table is open to everyone.

It varies by product; generally 5 for computers, 4 for monitors and by carton for consumables. The minimum order quantity is shown on each product page. Tiered discounts start at 10 units.

The 'In stock', 'Limited stock' or 'On order' status on product pages is updated daily. For the exact quantity and dispatch date get a written quote from your sales representative.

In-stock products ordered before 14:30 are dispatched the same day. Same day within Istanbul and about 48 hours nationwide. Freight is free on orders above 25,000 TRY.

Yes, 30 - 60 day terms apply within the approved current-account limit. The limit request is made during the account application; a cheque, note or letter of guarantee may be requested. The term charge is shown on a separate invoice line.

Damage and shortages noticed on delivery must be reported within three working days. Products found faulty in the first 15 days are exchanged under brand rules; afterwards Çipsa follows the authorised service process.

Yes. From 350 TRY per device (250 TRY on purchases above 100) we provide operating system image, drivers, software bundle, labelling and a serial number list. A 50-device job usually takes three working days.
