The terms below summarise the general framework for invoiced wholesale sales from Çipsa Bilgisayar Toptan. The detailed contract is signed when a B2B account is opened.
Account and price
- Sales are made only to approved B2B accounts registered as taxpayers.
- Price lists are opened to approved account holders; they exclude VAT.
- Quotes are given in writing; the validity period (usually three working days) is stated in the quote.
Tiered discount

The discount applies to the same product code within the same order; a separate quote is prepared for large orders that need project pricing.
Payment
Cash (bank transfer/EFT), credit card or 30 - 60 day terms within an approved limit. Cheques, promissory notes or letters of guarantee may be requested for term sales.
Delivery
In-stock items ordered before 14:30 are dispatched the same day. Delivery is same day within Istanbul and around 48 hours nationwide. Freight is not charged to the buyer on orders above 25,000 TRY.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Visible damage and shortages at delivery must be reported within three working days. In case of a product fault the warranty is processed at the brand's authorised service; products found faulty in the first 15 days are exchanged according to brand rules. Returns of used products or products with damaged packaging may be refused.
