What is the monthly cost per device?
About 130 TRY in the Basic plan, 99 TRY in the Standard plan and about 88 TRY in the Advanced plan (when the plan's upper limit is reached). The unit cost falls as the device count grows.
Are spare parts and repairs included?
Parts are free for faults covered by warranty. For out-of-warranty repairs, parts are priced separately; labour and on-site response are included in the contract.
