88 - 130 TRY per device across the Basic, Standard and Advanced plans; a plan-combining tip and contract checkpoints.
A corporate maintenance contract puts in writing how fast, and at what cost, your devices will be repaired when they fail. Dealing with faults "when needed" may seem cheap at first glance, but because of unpredictable cost and lost working time it usually costs more. Let us look at cost per device and plan choice in numbers.
Cost per device by plan
| Plan | Device limit | Monthly fee | Monthly per device |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 25 | 3,250 TRY | 130 TRY |
| Standard | 100 | 9,900 TRY | 99 TRY |
| Advanced | 300 | 26,500 TRY | ~88 TRY |
The figures are calculated at the plan's upper limit of devices. If your device count is below the limit the unit cost rises; for example in an organisation with 80 devices the Standard plan is about 124 TRY per device.
A plan-combining tip
If you have 120 devices, combining one Standard and one Basic plan (9,900 + 3,250 = 13,150 TRY; about 110 TRY per device) can be far more economical than the Advanced plan (26,500 TRY, about 221 TRY per device). Consider the differences in service level (on-site response time, reports) and choose the best combination with your representative.
What to watch for
- On-site response time: the difference between "next working day" and "same day" matters for critical units such as tills and contact centres.
- Loan device pool: how many hours will the employee wait while the repair is under way? A loan device reduces this to zero.
- Scope: which device types (computers, printers, network) and which fault types (hardware, operating system, network connection) are included?
- Out-of-warranty repairs: are parts free or priced separately? Is there a monthly parts limit?
- Reporting: are the monthly fault count, average resolution time and most failure-prone device models visible?
What to expect from the contract
The term should be 12 months; ask for a discount of about 10 percent on yearly payment. Make clear in writing how the fee is updated when the device count changes (increase or decrease).
Conclusion
A maintenance contract makes the budget predictable and lowers the IT burden. To choose the right scope, from an office of 25 devices to an organisation with 300, you can ask the Çipsa sales representative for a free discovery and quote.
A short caution
A maintenance contract usually does not cover damage caused by user error or unauthorised intervention. If you need accidental damage cover, consider the damage-cover option in our extended warranty packages separately.
